Sky Panther Capital provides SEO services, guest posts, niche edits, and WordPress design and customization. Every engagement is scoped in a written quote or plan before work begins — that document, not this page, defines your exact deliverables, timeline, and price.
SEO and WordPress work is quoted at a fixed price — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Guest posts and niche edits are priced per placement from our current rate card. Work begins after you approve the quote; payment terms are stated in the quote itself.
Guest post and niche edit placements carry a 12-month replacement guarantee: if a placed link is removed or the host page goes offline within 12 months of placement, we replace it with an equivalent placement at no charge. The guarantee covers the link's presence — not its position, the host site's traffic, or your rankings.
We guarantee the work — every deliverable shipped, every link live and verifiable, every report honest. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Anyone who guarantees rankings is selling you something search engines don't sell.
Guest post articles we write for your placements are yours to reference once delivered. Website designs, code, and content we create for you become yours on final payment. Our internal processes, checklists, and site inventory remain ours.
We do white-hat work only. We won't build links to, or optimize, sites promoting illegal activity, adult content, hate, or deception — and we may decline or end an engagement if a project moves in that direction, with a pro-rata refund for undelivered work.
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We're not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost rankings from search engine updates, or downtime on third-party platforms.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Existing engagements continue under the terms agreed in their quote.
