When you request a free audit through our form, we collect your name, email address, and website URL — the minimum needed to review your site and reply. If you become a client, we collect whatever is needed to deliver the work: site access credentials, brand assets, and billing details.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and diagnostics.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We never add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for, and every email we send about your project is one you requested or agreed to.
We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may set its own technical cookies per Google's policies. That's it.
We share data only where delivering your project requires it — for example, login credentials you provide for your own site, or payment processing through your chosen payment provider. We don't hand your data to ad networks, data brokers, or anyone else.
Ask us any time what data we hold about you, and we'll correct or delete it. Email hello@skypanthercapital.com and we handle it within a reasonable time.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
